Tickets

• Is it possible to issue an invoice for my order?

  Yes, it is possible to pay via invoice. Please, send your company details here and we will issue it for you:

  • company name
  • company address
  • VAT number
  • number and type of ticket(s) you're interested in

  As soon as we receive the payment, we'll send you a code to activate the ticket(s).

• If I can’t attend the festival, can I give the ticket to my friend/colleague?

  Yes, you can. Simply log in to your ti.to account and re-assign the ticket to this person. Pay attention that only a ticket buyer can re-assign tickets.

• How can I change the name in my ticket?

  You can easily change the name in the ticket in your ti.to account. Just log in and edit the attendee information. Pay attention that only the ticket buyer can re-assign tickets.

• What does a Hybrid Full ticket include?

Discounts, diversity scholarships, students, etc.

• Do you provide any special tickets or discounts for diversity groups?

  Yes, we do run a diversity scholarship program. Free diversity tickets are distributed via community channels and also via application form.

Workshops

• How can I participate in workshops?

  Workshops are part of Full Tickets. They will be run in-person, in Amsterdam on June 14. The registration will be available via GitNation Portal when we finalize the schedule of the workshops. You’ll get an email about that and the instructions on how to register 1 month before the first workshop.

Food & Beverage

• Will there be any food at the event?

  Yes, there will be food spots around the venue where you can buy veriety of dishes, as well as vegan and gluten free.

Other

• Can you issue an invitation letter to apply for a visa?

  Yes, we can issue an invitation letter to make the process of getting a visa easier. Please note, the letter will be issued only after the conference ticket is bought.

• Do you provide refunds if decided not to travel?

  No, we do not provide refunds in this case due to our policies. Please check our T&C here.
